refund eligibility for instant digital downloads

Because Products are instant digital downloads — source code, plugin files, license keys — all sales are generally final once files are downloaded or a key is issued, with the exceptions below.

Product doesn't work as described — a core listed feature fails and support can't resolve it in a reasonable time.

Duplicate or accidental purchase — charged twice, or bought the wrong product, reported within 7 days.

Non-delivery — download access or a license key never arrived after payment.

Change of mind after a successful download.

Undisclosed custom setups — incompatibility with server configs or conflicting plugins not mentioned before purchase.

Installation difficulty where documentation was provided.

Late requests made after the refund window has closed.

Refund window

Eligible requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase via Contact Us, with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved refunds land back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Subscription cancellations

Canceling a yearly subscription stops the next renewal charge but doesn't retroactively refund the current term, except where the eligibility rules above are met. Access to code already downloaded is unaffected by cancellation.
