Agreement to terms

By accessing lucrativeit.com or purchasing any Laravel application, WordPress plugin, or other digital product listed on this site ("Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site or purchase a Product. These apply equally to individual developers, freelancers, and agencies.

What you're buying

Products sold here are self-hosted software — Laravel applications (like Event Manager Plus and Support Ticket Plus) and WordPress plugins — delivered as downloadable source code. The price shown per product is a license and update subscription, not a hosted service. You host, install, and maintain the Product on your own server.

License grant

Unless a product page says otherwise, your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and run the Product on servers or sites you own or manage, including client work where the product is marked for commercial use.
• Modify the source code for your own deployment.
• Receive updates and bug fixes while your subscription stays active.

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source code as a competing product, or strip license notices from the codebase, unless a product page explicitly allows it.

Subscription & renewal

Annual prices ($39–$79/yr) cover one year of updates and standard support. Letting a subscription lapse doesn't revoke code you've already downloaded — it keeps running — but new updates and support require an active term. Renewal behavior, including whether it's automatic, is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use a Product unlawfully, circumvent license checks, reverse-engineer license validation purely to dodge payment, or pass a Product off as your own original work when distributing it commercially as a standalone product.

Warranty disclaimer

Products are provided "as is." We test on real projects before release, but we don't guarantee any Product is error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every server config, PHP version, or third-party plugin. Test in your own environment before relying on it in production.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is capped at what you paid for that Product. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages — lost revenue, lost data — arising from using or being unable to use a Product.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continuing to use the site or a Product after an update means you accept the revision. Material changes show up as a new date at the top of this page.
